+: Месторасположение, дружелюбный персонал, бесплатный вкусный кофе в лобби, рядом магазины, рестораны. -: Прошёл месяц. Так и не вернули депозит. Говорил, звонил, был лично. Обещали прислать подтверждение о возврате депозита, так и не прислали. Это очень портит впечатление от отеля

+: новый, чистый, месторасположение, удобные номера;хороший персонал на рецепшн ( не все откликаются на просьбы одинаково - ищите другого сотрудника, понравилась Дина) , горничные отличные; оптимальное соотношение цена-качество. -: ремонт дороги под окнами; будут недочёты некоторые ( в одном номере был грязный холодильник; отключался свет частично)

+: Все было хорошо. Номер, завтрак, персонал. Но улица, на которой расположен отель, вся перекопана - ведутся дорожные работы. Днем, и особенно ночью очень шумно, спать не комфортно. -: 1. Решить с местными властями о запрете ночных строительных работ в зоне отелей 2. Воду в номера ставить каждый день, а не только в день заезда
