+: До старого города можно дойти пешком. Мы так и делали. Машина стояла на закрытой парковке с задней части отеля. Еда вкусная. Персонал приветлив. -: Взяли дополнительно к стоимости номера налог с гражданина Израиля, хотя вообще не он бронировали номер и оплачивал. В другом отеле такого не было.

+: Отличное местоположение рядом со старым городом. Все близко (можно пешком дойти до всех основных достопримечательностей). В шаговой доступности отличные рестораны. Хороший завтрак. -: Персонал гостиницы работает на "удовлетворительно": не всегда приветлив, долго ждать официанта в лобби. В ванной комнате подтекала вода. Сейф не работал, тапочек и халатов не выдают. По телевизору на русском языке только один еврейский канал, на котором убогие развлекательные программы и постоянно говорят о том, какая плохая власть в России. Если для кого-то принципиален уровень комфорта, то этот отель не для вас. Отель хорош исключительно своим местоположением - только переночевать.

+: Удобная постель. Достаточно подушек, есть тёплое одеяло. Чайник, холодильник. Красивый вид из окна. -: Номер выходили сторону Старого вокзала. В праздники, мы были в период Пурима и в пятницу всю ночь гремела музыка из, расположенной напротив, дискотеки. Спать было невозможно. Из-за огромного светового панно приходилось рано закрывать шторы.

+: Очень вкусные завтраки, большая парковка. Быстрая реакция на на наши просьбы у персонала на ресепшн. В целом очень приятное впечатление от отеля. -: Нет весов в тренажёрном зале и закрывается зал рано.

Elevator worked inconsistently during our last day in hotel and nobody notified us if its ok to use it or not.We liked clean room, location, breakfast, 2nd floor room was quiet (overlooking parking lot on the back of the building), computer is available, TV has multiple programs on multiple languages. I have stayed here three times at least. I think they need to refurbish the rooms. It is dated. Bathtub shower very slippery and dangerous. Get rid of shower curtain and replace with glass. Little storage area in room in general for clothes and same for bathroom. Rugs in lobby area look stained. Breakfast during Passover offered only matzah and no rolls like other hotels. Also never had any newspapers any time of day. I was somewhat disappointed from last stay. Room was small for what I paid so not great value like last visit.Staff.
