A delightful historic building, whose reconstruction was completed earlier this year, opened its doors as a boutique hotel in February 2012.
Within walking distance from the hotel is the Neve Tzedek quarter with unique architecture, a dance art center and many cultural sights from the founding of Tel Aviv; restored old railway station, where there are many small shops and cafes; the largest shopping center "Dizengoff"; the colorful, full of oriental originality “Carmel” market with the freshest fruits, bread, cheeses, an incredible selection of spices and sweets.

The menu was compiled by Roi Sofer, Israel’s leading culinary consultant, and is highly appreciated by his colleagues and critics.
The dishes on offer include classic European (eggs Benedict, Croque Madame, pancakes with red caviar, eclairs with pink salmon and mushrooms and truffle oil), Israeli (classic Israeli breakfast and Shakshuka - scrambled eggs on a vegetable cushion), sweet (French Toast and Crepe Suzette) as well as a dish for organic food lovers - delicious homemade yogurt with fruit salad and assorted cereals.
Served in exquisite china with silvered instruments.
Breakfast includes a cup of aromatic coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice.
