Чистота и стиль номеров на высшем уровне .ужин на очень высоком уровне .индивидуальные порции дикорированые блюда как в лучших ресторанах мира утка баранина красная рыба.....и много .спа очень чисто.все на высоте персонал супер отдельное спасибо Нине сероводородный бассейн с горячей водой с мёртвого моря.очень рекомендую

+: Просто сразила чистота!!! Всё буквально сияло!!! Убирали вовремя. Отличный номер с великолепной сантехникой! Персонал выше всяких похвал! Замечательный завтрак! Заселили на два часа раньше указанного срока вселения. -: Категорически не хватает стояночных мест!!!! Пришлось парковать автомобиль за территорией отеля. В результате чего машина получила повреждение. Впечатления

+: Очень чисто, что не характерно для Израиля. Отличные завтраки и ужины. -: Отель на второй линии, перед ним идет стройка. У бассейна очень много народа, нет свободных мест, персонал это никак не заботит. Муж сам нашел лежак, сам его принес.

+: Гостиница очень хорошая. Должен отметить качество и очень вкусную еду в лоби гостиницы. Мы ужинали там дважды и остались очень довольны вкусной и не дорогой трапезой. -: Было два момента что нам не понравилось, это во первых в ванной комнате из душевой кабинки протекала вода и затапливала всю ванную. Нам пришлось дважды обращаться с жалобой и только со второго раза проблема была частично решена так же не работала вытяжка в ванной комнате.Второе замечание. По какой-то причине очевидно из экономии коридоры гостиницы не охлаждались. В гостинице 5 звездочек это не допустимо на мой взгляд.

+: Отличный, огромный бассейн, зелено, места достаточно, неплохой мясной ресторан, неплохие завтраки, если сравнивать с другими отелями в Израиле. Отзывчивый персонал. -: К Мертвому морю идти через дорогу, но там у всех отелей такая проблема. Ну и на завтраке довольно людно.

+: Уборка,еда,СПА -: В спальне кондиционер дует прямо в головы,нет возможности регулировки трисс .Приходилось выключать на 20-30минут,а потом снова,так до утра..Номер дали неудачный,рядом с многодетной семей ,которые выскакивали в коридор и кричали до 24-00... Но это вроде терпимо,но конд.это ужас,надолго запомним......
