Jerusalem Gate Hotel is conveniently located at the entrance of the Holy City, within easy walking distance of the central bus station. The Old City and the historic Jerusalem city center are just a 15-minute bus ride or train ride away.

Hotel Jerusalem Gate offers modern, comfortable and spacious rooms and newly renovated deluxe suites. All guests get to freely use the hotel's gym, which is located at the Shopping Center attached to the hotel.

The Jerusalem Gate features a Glatt Kosher coffee shop which is open daily for sandwiches, salads, desserts and a great selection of refreshments.

There is also a large shopping center attached to the hotel, which is filled with numerous shops and restaurants.

This is Jerusalem's only hotel that is Glatt Le Mehadrin, under the official Rabbinate of Jerusalem, and is the only hotel to boast a Mikva.

The International Convention Center (ICC) is within walking distance, as are the popular tourist attractions of the Israel Museum and the Mahane Yehuda market.

+: хорошее местоположение относительно автовокзала и станции отправления поезда в аэропорт; нормальный завтрак; удобная кровать; чистый номер. -: не являюсь резидентом государства Израиль, но с меня взяли оплату с налогом; шум от дороги из открытого окна (но если окно закрыто ничего не слышно); неухоженный холл при входе около ресепшн.

+: при въезде в Иерусалим. -: персонал не парится на счет неудобств. позвонил в ресепшен, оповестил о том что кондиционен не работает в номере холодно. сотрудник просто бросил трубку, сказав - мне нечем тебе помочь.

+: Локация, из-за нее и выбирала отель -: В 10 утра ко мне постучала девица-горничная пояснив, что мое время вышло. Я могла на нее конечно забить, при расчетном то времени до 11, но настроение было испорчено, я выселилась раньше и машину дождалась, сидя в холле.

+: Расположение возле Центральной автобусной станции и вокзала - удобная развязка. На этом из достоинств всё. -: Грязно! За 5 ночей ни разу не убрали полноценно. Персонал приходит в любое удобное им время. Ежедневно в 8 утра, чтобы забрать полотенца, приносят чистые когда угодно, гораздо позже, ближе к вечеру, не предупреждая что новые взамен сразу не дадут! Первый раз не сориентировались - забрали полотенца утром, до душа, спрашиваю про чистые: предлагает забрать свои из корзины с грязными, если срочно (?!?), или через полтора часа. Говорю: надо срочнее, планы есть. Обещает через 15 мин. в итоге их нет, через полтора часа сама одеваюсь и иду вниз на рецепшн говорить что полотенец нет! Принесли ещё мин через 15. Извинений не последовало. Итого потерянных 2 часа из за возни с полотенцами и невозможности принять душ. Попросили вазу для цветов - сказал есть, обещали что принесут, но даже после напоминания, не принесли. Уборки как таковой не было ни разу. На приход в 8 утра - просили хотя бы забрать мусор и Read more
