+: Проживание оставило самые лучшие впечатления. Очень хорошая атмосфера. Персонал отеля нам очень сильно помог в самых разных вопросах, начиная от замены номера при заезде на более подходящий по параметрам и заканчивая ответами на самые разные вопросы. При этом они аккуратно и ненавязчиво проявляли инициативу, помогая даже там, где посетитель сам немного стесняется спросить.

+: Персонал дружелюбный и завтраки просто отличные! Номер чистый, бассейн хороший. Расположение удобное - рядом и поезд и автобусная станция. WIFI работает -: Стройки рядом, погулять в город пешком затруднительно. но на это не повлияешь. А сантехнику обновить можно было бы для таких цен: душ на троечку.

+: Отель расположен в деловом квартале, на каждом шагу кафе с полезными салатиками. Просторный номер, большая кровать с удобным матрасом, в номере есть сейф и эл. чайник. Отличный завтрак с разнообразными блюдами. -: Уборка очень поверхностная, на полу всегда была пыль. Уборкой занимались выходцы из Африки, их, по-видимому, не обучали, как надо проводить уборку. Видела, как руками вынимали мусор из урны и тут же, не надев перчатки, пытались помыть чайные чашки.
