+: Понравилось всё - персонал, месторасположение, сам отель. Особенно питание. Было супер! -: Проблема была с...TV.Сначала не было в номере пульта от TV, но по первой просьбе его принесли. Но когда принесли его, то TV всё равно не работало. Хотя мы и не успели бы им воспользоваться, т.к. программа экскурсий у нас была насыщенной, но номер был чистым и ухоженным.

+: Расположение -: Отношение персонала плохое. Чемоданы носили сами, что-то спросить, очень долго нужно ждать, чтобы на тебя обратили внимание. Русскоговорящий персонал принципиально слыша русскую речь, начинали говорить на английском. Неприятно такое отношение. Грязно. Завтраки скудные.

Уже выше отметила минусыДобротный отель, доброжелательный персонал, хорошее расположение, тихий район,можно дойти пешком (15 мин.) до Дамасских ворот и от них начать путешествие по Старому городу. Можно от гостиницы подняться вверх до остановки трамвая и доехать также до Дамасских ворот или проехать дальше, до Яффских ворот и оттуда начать увлекательное путешествие по Старому городу Иерусалиму.Впечатления незабываемые! Вайфай в гостинице был, но среднескоростной, шведский стол приличный, блюда в ассортименте, для завтрака очень даже не плохо, только кофе подкачал, совсем не вкусный. Можно в такой приличный отель и кофемашину приобрести, и заваривать натуральный зерновой кофе, а не растворимый, как предлагают сейчас. Время проживания: Декабрь 2016

Находится в арабском квартале поэтому вечером добираться лучше на такси так как через ворота Ирода (самый краткий путь) вас не пустят если вы не мусульманин с наступлением темноты. Шокирует резкий запах ароматизатора в холле гостиницы, да так что впору противогаз одевать! А так же пахнет на этожах и в лифте но чуть меньше. Если вы не хотите никуда ходить то завтрак соответствует цена качество. Персонал ходит с 8:00 утра если вы не хотите что бы вас разбудили то вывесите табличку.Очень тепло, самый теплый отел для декабря и января и без кондиционеров. Большая Ванна. Хороший Wi-Fi Хорошая звукоизоляция. Очень чисто и комфортно. Хороший телевизор с удобными приложениями на русском языке. Время проживания: Январь 2018
