+: Еда была неплохая -: Мы приехали в гостиницу около 13:00. Первое что бросилось в глаза , люди наперегонки пытаются прорваться к персоналу на дальпаке. Нет никаких правил , просто все лезут вперёд чтобы получить комнату. Мы приехали с двумя пожилым женщинами, одна из которых еле ходит, вторая страдает дименсией, обе инвалиды. Комнаты были не готовы и нам сказали что в течении получаса придёт сообщение и мы получим номера. Ожидание продлила три с половиной часа. В 17:00 вечера, наконец мы попали в комнаты. Грязно, все старое, свет частично работает, частично нет, то же самое с унитазом, душевые с ржавчиной. Бассейн грязный, курят на территории бассейна. А что было последней каплей, это то как арабские дети задували шабатнии свечи. Могу сказать однозначно, в гостиницу Рояль мы больше не поедем

+: Нам все понравилось и завтрак и обед, очень чисто и комфортно. -: Немножко нужно ускорить процесс принятия гостей .номер который мы ждали убирали его долго 3 часа.

+: Место располажение,большая комната,спа и бассейн кровать очень большая и есть перегородка,штора ,если есть дети можно разделить номер на две зоны -: персонал на рецепшене очень медленно работает,лифты ждали по 20 минут,из 4 лифтов один был шабатний и два не работало.в коридорах нет кондиционера, в столовой еда не очень вкуссная и не разнообразная

+: Всё.завтрак обильный и разнообразный.нет суеты,хоть и людей было много.Персонал работает слаженно,спокойно,не выделяется.Зона СПА чистая, большая,полотенца дают без проблем. -: Получили комнату на 13 этаже.Из неё была дверь в соседнюю комнату.Хоть она и была замкнута,но детский шум проникал довольно свободно,и это мешало.Из 4х лифтов по факту работало 2.Один был не исправен,а второй шабатний.Приходилось долго ждать лифта.
