+: Очень комфортабельный отель. Отзывчивый персонал. Пошли на встречу и предоставили скидки. Разумная цена. Есть всё для комфортного отдыха. Уборка качественная. Рядом много ресторанов и баров.

+: сервис, наличие собственной парковки, хороший завтрак, расположение -: несоответствие номера и фото, вы вводите людей в заблуждение, я не видела ни одного похожего номера на фото. бронировала номер Премиум, оказалось, что этот номер вообще не такой , как на фото. как обычные апартаменты. если бы знала, что так будет, остановилась бы в другом отеле или сняла апартаменты. в соседнем номере всю ночь была вечеринка, было очень шумно, администрация никак не отреагировала на это.

+: Отличный номер, две комнаты. Очень удобные матрас и подушки. Прекрасный персонал! Очень удобное расположение - на зеленой улочке рядом с бульваром Ротшильда. -: Нет возможности разогреть еду в номере.

+: Большие апартаменты. Хорошее местоположение. Можно взять дополнительные раскладушки за дополнительную плату. -: Уборка только где видно. В ванной нашли стекло от разбитого стакана ,с двумя детьми это критично. В углах паутина, в ванной плесень. Номер неопрятный. На ресепшене часто ни кого нет, приходится стоять и терять время. Утюга нет , есть гладильная комната правда там розетка не работала. В номере нет ни плиты ни микроволновой печи ,зачем тогда кухонная зона не понятно. Телевизор старый можно смотреть только спутниковые каналы с приставки. Уезжал от туда с радостью.

+: Хороший семейный номер. 6 человек хорошо размещаются. Огромная двуспальная кровать с большим одеялом и удобными подушками. Большой балкон с видом на город. -: Отсутствие доступных по цене зввтраков.

+: Отличное месторасположение -: Требуется обновить мебель. Шкафы с занавесками выглядит совсем убого. Холодильник очень плохо работал, продукты испортились - молоко скисло.

+: Хорошая Мирьям на рецепшионе. Просторные и не очень чистые комнаты. -: Не очень чисто. Ковер гоязный, бутылрчки мылы были в употреблении до жтого!!!! Очень дорого отеосительно того, что клиент получает!!!!
