+: Очень хороший персонал, во всём готов помочь. Завтрак хороший в приятном просторном месте у бассейна. Ужин можно было заказать в номер он также был отличным. Были предоставлены тапочки, халат- это удобно. -: Полотенца, постельные принадледности требуют замены.

Понравился современный стиль. При заселеннии все наши пожелания были исполнены, чем доставили нам большое удовольствие. Великолепный ресторан на крыше, прекрасная подача блюд от шеф повара. Персонал вежливый. Спасибо.

Высокая влажность в номере, не смотря на работающий кондиционер Плесень на стенах, как следствие влажности Ужасные завтраки: кроме омлета ничего не ели, в остальных блюдах много специй и каждый день одно и тоже Писали о раннем заезде и просили списать деньги досрочно когда были ещё в Москве (учитывая колебания курсу), но при заселении пришлось ждать до 11:30 с 4 утра, а потом ещё и доказывать, что номер оплатил раньше Бассейн в отеле есть, но он во внутреннем дворе, крыша днем закрыта и нет возможности загорать у бассейна, там почти всегда было пусто Вообще booking.com стоит наладить работу с индийскими отелями, каждый раз при предъявлении паспорта на ресепшен, администратор что-то долго ищет, потом просит распечатанное подтверждение брони, хотя во всех странах достаточно только предъявить паспортДостаточно новый отель, широкая кровать Время проживания: Апрель 2016
