A new cozy boutique hotel (opened in December 2012) just 7 rooms, located a stone’s throw from the beach. Each room is a wooden cottage with a private entrance, all amenities and a private, closed terrace equipped for evening leisure. Cottages are located around the pool in a well-kept green area. The hotel is primarily designed for a romantic relaxing holiday.

Location:
The hotel is 100 meters from the warm and gentle waves of Ashwem Beach, away from the hustle and bustle, but not from civilization - bars and restaurants are located within walking distance, where you can taste both local Goan and Indian cuisine and traditional European dishes. Right in front of the hotel there is a restaurant that provides visitors with deck chairs on the beach.

The hotel has only 7 double wooden cottages.

Description of rooms:
- large double bed, extra beds are not available;
