-: очереди на лифты, запах канализации в номерах, очень сильно затерт, полотенца темно серого цвета( когда то были белые), вода из душевой кабинки заливает весь пол в ванной комнате.. и много остального

+: Нечего! Цена не соответствует качеству! -: Во первых персонал кроме своего индуанглийского (больше это никак не назвать) никаких языков не знает. Кроме рупий другую валюту непринимают. Оплатил за 5 дней. Пришлось уехать на 3 день, попросил расчёт, т.е вернуть денеги за сутки которые мы заранее оповещаем. Начались отмазки не можем вы должны оповещать за 24 часа. Обяснил что не за два дня за сутки перерасчет сделайте это за 48 часов оповещаю. Потом сказали что надо за 48 часов. Менеджера не было позвали другого тот сказал что он менеджер. Сказал что перерасчета не будет вы оплатили уже если мы знали другого поселили бы как будто там мест нет. Все было бесполезно спросил счет оплатил за ужин который вообще не возможно кушать! Хотя бы поваров европейцев наняли бы. Удин с какими то процентами короче полная обдираловка, вообще не советую данную гостиницу.
