+: Завтрак отличный. Кухня готовит очень вкусно. Хороший отель в целом. Отличный, отзывчивый, персонал готовый помочь по любым вопросам. Спасибо ребятам на ресепшене. Рекомендую отель. -: Очень холодный бассейн, если после сауны то хорошо освежает, а так желания им пользоваться нет. Не очень качественная уборка в номере для отеля с 5 звездами. В туалете есть окно, которое занавешено шторкой, если поднять эту шторку то на полу я обнаружил кучу волос (наверное кроме меня никто эту штору не поднимал). После того как я поднял шторку и прошла уборка, часть волос осталась, то есть часть убрали, а часть оставили. В остальном проблем с уборкой не заметил. При заселении 2 человек не было комплект банных принадлежностей на 2-х человек в номере. Это я уже придираюсь, но в таком отеле подготовка номеров и сервис, а не только материалы отделки и мебель, должен быть выше чем в 3 звездочных.

+: Отель так себе. Есть лёгкая брезгливость. На ресепшн сильно пахнет ароматизатором, невозможно стоять в ожидании) Сделали нам абгрейд- чем очень приятно порадовали! Завтрак- отличный. Есть чем наестся. -: В Индии я закрываю глаза , на понятие уборки)
