+: Идеальное местоположение, 10 минут от аэропорта. Для длительной стыковки без заезда в Дели, идеально. В отеле есть все и за пределами тоже: рестораны, бары, ярмарка. Если нужен шопинг, то ближайший ТЦ в 20 минутах езды на такси. При раннем вылете завтрак собирают с собой.

+: Во-первых - название отеля и его расположение соответствовали действительности. Это большой плюс. Чем многие отели Индии из букинга похвастать не могут. Сплошное надувательство. Поэтому этот простой очевидный факт уже сам по себе добавляет Марриоту очков. Во-вторых - быстрое и четкое заселение. Дружелюбный и старательный персонал. Мелкие накладки совершенно незаметны. Их практически не было. В самом номере все чисто и аккуратно. много воды в бутылочках. Халат и тапочки были на одного человека, но быстро принесли второй комплект. Отличный ресторан. Вкусная еда. Выселение четко и без проблем. -: Горячая вода в номере была недостаточно горячей. для приема душа вполне достаточно, но хотелось бы погорячее.

+: Все отлично. Все очень понравилось. Главное, что сотрудники отеля всегда готовы тебе помочь во всем. Видно их отличное отношение к своим гостям. Видно, что они действительно рады тебя видеть и помочь своему гостю 24 часа в сутки. За это огромное спасибо. -: Все здорово.

+: Прекрасный отель! Чисто, просторно, современно... Разместились очень быстро. Отличное месторасположение, совсем рядом с аэропортом. Отдельная тема - завтраки: это вообще симфония вкуса какая-то!!! Широчайший выбор блюд на любой вкус, идеальное обслуживание. И, наконец, этот почти идеальный Marriott смог немного сгладить тяжёлый осадок, оставшийся после общения с предыдущим отелем этой сети - Marriott Jaipur. -: При заселении «потеряли» багаж, но очень быстро нашли и доставили с тысячей извинений:)

+: Хорошие номера -: Персонал на ресепшн. Долго не могли найти бронь, грубо разговаривали и требовали номер брони какой используется внутри сети марриотт. Чего у нас естесственно не было. Пришлось обращаться за помощью в букинг.ком На сообщения посланные через систему сайта букинг отвечают очень долго. Иногда не отвечают совсем. Впрочем на емайлы тоже не реагируют. Странно, что отель принадлежит к такой сети, а поведение стаффа как на рынке.
