+: большой отель, больше плюсов нет. -: 1. отвратительный сервис, нив какое сравнение с нормальными международными отелями 5 звезд. 2. везде очереди и никто не может вас обслужить приоритетно, если вы плохо себя чувствуете или в положении. 3. при заезде я очень плохо себя чувствовала и мы неоднократно просили воды или колы, в итоге за полчаса нам никто ничего не принес (как и не заселил, а это был вечер!), отправили самих покупать в бар. 4. доставляли еду в номер холодную и очень долго (более часа заказ на 2 персоны)5. но ключевое - украли мой телефон и не возвращают и не выходят на связь. 6. из нескольких ресторанов работал один - в нем и завтраки и все остальное. сервис очень медленный, порядка выдачи блюд нет, заказ могут не принимать минут по 20-30 и не предложить напитки. от пережитого за эти двое суток у нас просто шок

Есть несколько кафе, ресторанов. -: На сайте при бронировании написана финальная цена со всеми налогами и скидками, но когда мы приехали в отель, с нас все равно взяли больше на 75 долларов, сказав, что на сайте booking.com указаны не все налоги. Не сразу согласились с нас взять оплату за дополнительные услуги в долларах. Это крайне неудобно, когда банковские карты не действуют. Просто невозможно предугадать, сколько денег в итоге запросит отель и иметь эту сумму в рупиях. Жаль, что в отеле этого не понимают.Сам отель далеко от аэропорта - в часе езды на машине (если нет пробок). От центра тоже довольно далеко. Как-то вечером мы заказали такси от отеля Shangri La до этого отеля, но таксист перепутал со вторым отелем Leela, который в центре, в результате дорога до нашего отеля Leela Ambience заняла 3 часа с учетом всех пробок.В номере пахло сыростью, на стенах душевой кабины небольшая плесень. Также хочу выразить благодарность guest relation Wasim, помог мне купить билеты, так как моя карточка не работала, установить Uber, был учтив и любезен.
