Вместо 28000, указанных на сайте, заплатила 36000, хотя бронировала за 4 месяца. Те, кто не бронировал, а просто приехали и заселились, платили столько же. Нет смысла заранее бронировать на сайте. Балкон выходил на стройку, днем в номере отдохнуть невозможно. Ночью орут и дебоширят пьяные туристы. За порядком никто в отеле не следит.Близко к морю. Относительно чисто. Время проживания: Январь 2018
