+: Отличный номер со всеми вещами первой необходимости, хорошая доступность до аэропорта и центра города. -: При заселении довольно навязчиво предлагались дополнительные услуги. Если бы они нам нужны, мы бы добавили их ещё при бронировании здесь.

+: Большая комната, есть и душ отдельно и ванная. -: не было раннего заселения, помимо этого они не заселили нас во время из-за уборки, как нам сказали. мы просто так потеряли из-за ожидания в лобби 2 часа - неприятно. В комнате очень холодно, кондиционер работал только на охлаждение. Выключили кондиционер - температура в комнате стала 22 градуса, не больше. Из-за этого сменили отель. Кроме того не было фена в номере, пришлось вызывать и просить принести. Халат и мыльные принадлежности только на 1 персону. Считаю для 5 звёзд это неприемлемо.

+: Ничего -: Ужасный отель. В номере сыро, неприятный запах, из-за сырости отклеиваются обои. Отвратительный завтрак, нужно было стоять в очереди минут 10, что б посадили, в итоге дали места за барной стойкой, где есть было невозможно. На респешнее работают неквалифицированные сотрудники, около 12 ночи !!!!позвонили, разбудили и попросили дать ещё депозит. Гостиница тянет максимум на 3 звезды!

+: Очень хороший отель. Очень понравился номер-красиво оформлен, чистый, светлый. В номере ванна, хорошие средства гигиены (все необходимое). Завтрак очень хороший. Все соответствует высокому уровню. Удачное расположение. Рекомендую!!
