+: Комфортно,чисто, вкусный ресторан при отеле. -: Долгая процедура выселения. Менеджер что-то проверял ( кажется мини-бар). На завтрак в 9.00 попасть невозможно - очередь. Стояли 20 минут, сотрудник попросил подождать в зале - нас позовут, но никто не позвал. Т.е. нужно было стоять у входа в ожидании, когда освободятся места в зале. При раннем выселении не предложили завтрак с собой.

+: Красивый отель, замечательный и клиентоориентированные сотрудники. Угостили при заселении чаем и соком, ребенка подарили игрушку и раскраску. Повысили категорию номера, помогли решить все проблемы и вопросы, которые у нас возникли во время проживания. -: Звукоизоляция в номерах не очень хорошая, если вы спите чутко, то просите предоставить вам тихий номер. В первую ночь мы столкнулись с тем, что какой-то индийский мужчина веселился в своем номере до поздна, причем он вообще не реагировал на дежурного менеджера, который дважды к нему обращался, по нашей просьбе. На следующий день, мы попросили поменять нам номер, нам дали сьют, хоть и на несколько часов, так как вылет был ранний, но очень приятно. Беседу с тем постояльцем провели, главный менеджер также пообщался с нами, при выезде, отношение к постояльцам замечательное, ради него можно вернутся в отель миллион раз. В отеле 4 ресторана, 2 из них работают по концепции, что с детьми до 12 лет нельзя, соответственно в 2 других можно, нам была непонятна л Read more

+: Великолепный отель с высочайшем качеством обслуживания. При заселении дали стандартный номер, который мы бронировали. На следующий день попросили переехать, так как у них какие-то непредвиденные ремонтные работы случились..... В качестве извинения, взамен дали шикарный двухкомнатный номер с гостиной и спальней. Прибывание в данном отеле оставило только самые лучшие впечатления. Очень понравилось. Отличный SPA.

-: Неработающий бассейн с 1 по 16 января, при полном отсутствии информации об этом на букинге.Назвать прилегающую территорию парком нельзя даже с большой натяжкой.Жили на 1м этаже, номерам на нём требуется глобальная реновация, это явно не уровень 5 звёзд

+: Замечательный отель, очень запомнился вид из окна . Холл отеля был очень красиво украшен , завтрак разнообразный и качественный. Очень чисто , уборку проводили качественно. Персонал отеля очень внимательный!

+: Хороший чистый номер со всеми удобствами.Ухоженная территория. -: Еда- красиво оформленный фасфуд по цене высокой кухни.Коктели ужасные,по цене 1000 рупий за штуку.Номер, явно не 30кв.метров.После установки дополнительной кровати по номеру передвигаться сложно.
