+: Очень крутой отель в самом центре Калькутты. Состоит из двух корпусов - старого и нового. В историческом очень красивый атриум с чугунной лестницей. Я бы советовал именно этот корпус - он атмосфернее. Шикарные завтраки с мороженым. Бассейн во внутреннем дворике. Прямо напротив неплохой пивняк. До Нью Маркета 10 минут пешком. -: Бар закрывается рано, и вход в него через улицу. Зачем-то сначала дали номер для людей с ограниченными возможностями. Поменяли. Больше претензий нет.

+: Калькутта не самый туристический город, при этом отель имеет идеальное расположение для осмотра достопримечательностей города. Хороший, большой номер, уборка 2 раза в день. Очень вкусные и разнообразные завтраки. Очень внимательный и предупредительный персонал. Если ещё раз буду в Калькутте, с удовольствием остановлюсь в этом же отеле. -: Это не минусы, скорее мелкие замечания. Невнимательный персонал на завтраке. Не всегда полностью накрывают стол для новых гостей: в частности, не ставили масло, приходилось просить. На 2 завтраках из 3 после заказа яичницы забыли об этом заказе, пришлось напомнить. В номере нет запасной туалетной бумаги. Очень дорогие для Калькутты рестораны, цены раза в 2 превышают средние московские.

+: Сам отель - очень не плохой! Все что надо есть на территории. Я был 1 день именно к отелю нет претензий - я отдохнул и там было безопасно, Еда - большой выбор, обслуживание - все хорошо! Но Калькутта - я к такому не был готов.

+: Отличное расположение, чистые номера, внимательный и предупредительный персонал. -: Чтобы не испортить впечатления от отеля необходимо учитывать некоторые особенности политики Lalit, а именно стремление подразвести своих постояльцев на деньги. Абсолютно все цены в отеле указаны без учета местных налогов. Учитывая, что налоги составляют свыше 30% + 10% service charge (для ресторана), финальная цена может отличаться весьма существенно от изначальной. Хотите заказать на рицепции такси в аэропорт? Не тут то было. Отель таких услуг не предоставляет!!! Зато вам с готовностью предложат доехать в аэропорт на авто отеля по цене в 6 (Шесть) раз превышающей стоимость поездки на обычном такси. Так что будьте бдительны)

+: Очень хорошая гостиница. Персонал очень приветливый. Завтрак разнообращный и очень вкусный, так де сама кузня в ресторане осень вкусная. Помогли мне нанять водителя и я посмотрела всю Калькутта за два дня. Не смотря на то что я должна была выехать до 12:00 дня, но так как у меня самолет был в после 11 вечера , мне позволили остаться в номере до такого времени какого мне удобно, то есть до самого 8 вечера. И так же вызвали такси и сделали очень хорошую цену на такси (сделали большую скидку на такси). Если когда нибудь буду в Калькута , то остановлюсь только там. Рекомендую!!!
