+: Приятная территория , хорошие рестораны , вежливый персонал -: Единственное что было неприятно то что кухня не работает круглосуточно она территорию отеля проблематично заказать доставку нужно выходить за ворота отеля

+: Хорошее местоположение, близко к аэропорту. Приветливый персонал -: Очень плохая слышимость - можно различать речь из соседнего номера. Просил поменять номер - мне сказали, что нет свободных. На завтраке была долгая (30 минут) очередь. Жил здесь после отеля Leela Palace в Дели - очень сильное различие в худшую сторону.

+: Близость к аэропорту -: Ужасный кофе...в ресторане просто отравилась! Принесли кебаб из лосос.видимо, свежая рыба оказалась не свежей! Красное вино было тоже странным...может слили все остатки вместе... вообщем...за кебаб,вино и десерт с кофе с меня взяли 5000 рупий (примерно 70 $ ,но главное что,никакой радости! На белой салфетки следы грязи и еды...дорогие! за что вы берете деньги?? За имя Leela Kempinsky?? В отеле холодно так,что зубы сводит! Одевайтесь тепло,а то не доедете никуда!

Чистота и порядок в номере и по всему отелю поддерживаются на высоком уровне! Великолепный сад с бассейном и фонтаном! Против насекомых проводится регулярная обработка, в том числе на улице! Обеспечена полная безопасность проживающих. Персонал очень гостеприимный, вежливый и отзывчивый. Реакция на запросы - практически, мгновенная. На сетевых розетках в номере установлены переходники-адаптеры под европейский стандарт. Так что заряжать мобильный телефон и компьютер можно было сразу после размещения и без поиска в своих вещах переходников. И тем более, не бегать на ресепшн или в магазин за нужным гаджетом. Можно не искать бар в номере. Используйте бары на первом этаже - это выгоднее. Либо закупайтесь в дьюти-фри на прилете.

Персонал в ресторанах и барах великолепно обучен и учтив. Хотя, учитывая, что стоимость всех услуг на территории гостиницы в разы выше рыночных, это скорее всего нормально. Еще из плюсов: удобная постель, мягкие халаты, наличие большого полотенца На территории отеля есть прекрасные рестораны с очень вкусной едой. Так же порадовало СПА Все плюсы в доп услугах, которые предоставляются по весьма высокой цене :)
