+: Отель пытается быть ориентированным на иностранцев. Есть электричество, горячая вода, работающий кондиционер. Есть какие-то блюда на завтраке, привычные для россиян и европейцев (хотя их не много). Есть бассейн, настольный теннис, бильярд, магазины с сувенирами. Принимают карты виза. Персонал дружелюбный и всегда готов прийти на помощь. Хорошая кровать и подушки. -: Ощущение, что когда-то это был очень крутой отель. Лет 30 назад. Грязновато, сервис точно не на 5 звёзд, мебель вся ушатанная, проблемы с канализацией. Но больше всего не понравилось, что на словах удовлетворяют любые просьбы, но по факту этого не происходит. Рум-сервис вообще не работает. Можно прождать два часа ужин в номере, а ресторан даже не начинал его готовить. Обещают принести посуду, но забывают об этом. Ранний завтрак готовят с опозданием и вручают тебе, когда ты уже садишься в такси.

+: Удобное расположение для бизнес встреч и торговых центров юга Дели. Красивый, просторный, интересный отель. Великолепный бассейн, а также сауна, парная, фитнеса, настольный теннис и бильярд. -: После полуночи ни ресепшн ни ресторан на звонки не отвечают. В ресторане обслуживание плохое - грязные вилки и ложки оставляют на столе, новые не приносят, сажают сначала на самые неудобные места, будто посетители не понимают, что ими принебрегают, это странно. В сауне работники ленивые, особенно в женской части - не включают парную, не заполняют кремы. Вода в номере - тёплая, то есть помыться можно, но прямо вот горячей воды не бывает, для отеля такого уровня это странно. Какие-то ограничения на бесплатный вайфай с предложением докупить платный - это бред в 21 веке экономить на интернете. Завтрак - скучный, однообразный, очень много жирной и индийской еды.

+: общая зона на первом этаже - просторная, стильная, уютно и тихо. персонал приветливый. -: 1. Местоположение - мне казалось что 20 километров до центра Дели это недалеко. По факту добираться до любых достопримечательностей в центре будете 60-90 минут.2. Грязь. Грязно везде - в коридоре на этаже, номере, грязная мебель в номере (пятна на диване). за три дня ковры в коридоре не убрали ни разу. Как лежала грязь так и осталась при нашем выселении.3. Состояние мебели в номерах. Все побитое, отваливающееся, в потертостях. Вокруг светильников на потолке подкрашено не в тон с основной краской. общее впечатление от номера - некомфортно.4. Цены на еду и напитки просто запредельные. Цена почти любого коктейля почти 1000 рупий. Меню с едой даже боялись открывать. в счете цена напитков была выше чем в бумажном меню.5. То, о чем вас заранее не предупреждают и то, что по настоящему шокирует - в отель запрещено проносить еду и напитки. Доставку тоже нельзя. +: Завтрак отличный. -: В мокрой сауне гости брили волосы своей генеталии. Парень из ресепшн попытался обсчитать, а также не возвращал залог пока его не попросил.
