+: Расположение отличное. Все рядом в пешей доступности. Рядом городская большая парковка, на которой всегда есть места. -: Номер очень маленький. Для одного человека или пары - самое то. Плохая шумоизоляция - слышно соседей. Но самое главное - в пятницу и субботу прямо под окнами устраивают гуляния молодежь с музыкой, орами, драками. Спать невозможно до 3х ночи. Окна не спасают.
