+: Ценакачество - отлично. Хорошее расположение, рядом метро и центр. Учитывайте, что это 2 звезды, но тут есть все что нужно. Отлично место для ночлега за эти деньги. -: шумоизоляция, дверь обычная деревянная и громкая, слышно как все соседи бахают ими когда возвращаются и как слоны поднимаются по ступенькам. Людям с чутким сном может быть проблемой
