+: Номер чистый,ремонт свежий,в целом-понравилось. -: Окна закрыты жалюзи намертво,на фасаде здания вроде был ремонт. Номер хороший,хотя очень маленький.

+: В целом гостиница не плохая, удобно расположена для тех кто планирует посетить Венецию, не далеко от автобусных остановок и от вокзала! -: Не понравилось, то что платная парковка (15€ в сутки) и стоимость слегка завышена, в номерах чисто, но сама гостиница не новая! Располагаю необходимым бюджетом, на 1-2 ночи остановится можно!

+: Рядом с автобусной остановкой, откуда можно легко добраться до Венеции. -: 1. При заселении в отель заблокировали 200 евро на карте даже при условии оплаты наличными. Без блокировки отказались выдавать ключ (даже при условии оплаты). Сразу же сообщили, что эта сумма вернется в течение 14 дней. Прошло уже больше указанного срока, деньги до сих пор заблокированы. 2. В номере лежал клочок чьих-то волос, не заметить который при уборке в номере было невозможно.

+: Идеальное расположение для визита в Венецию если вы не хотите останавливаться на острове. Отель находится прямо у автобусной остановки. Мы оставили машину на парковке у спара и ездили на автобусе. 10 минут до Венеции. Оказалось очень комфортно. -: Запах в номере как будто кошачий туалет

+: Заехали поздно вечером в 22-30 ч, выезжали рано утром в 5 часов, не было ограничения по времени заезда и выезда, что во многих отелях есть и при таких условиях некоторые требуют доп. оплату 10-15 евро. Оценить завтрак и ужин не успели , так как заезжали фактически на 6-7 часов для отдыха перед вылетом. Номер очень чистый ,постельное белье и полотенца чистые. В номере был душ и туалет , все чисто. Работает кондиционер . Цена за номер 47 евро оказалась очень низкая при таких условиях проживания. Отель не далеко от жд вокзала 7-10 минут пешком

+: Все хорошо неприятных запахов нету, все чисто, все работает. Завтрак отличный!!!! -: Плохое расположение кондиционера, дует прямо на койку и устаревшая сантехника со сколами и трещинами.

+: Близко к жд станции, хороший завтракРядом супермаркет eurospar. -: Какое то все старое, немного поломанное, на 4 звезды явно не тянет. WiFi постоянно отваливается.Заселили в соседний отель, стена к стене, DelfinaКакой то городской налог не входит в опубликованную стоимость отеля, 6 евро взяли ещё при заселении
