+: Расположение удобное, завтрак отличный. В комнате было очень жарко в феврале. Есть лифт. В номере чайник , мини-холодильник. -: Комната небольшая, тесновато.

+: Очень хорошее расположение отеля, тепло в номере -: Матрас на кровати был со сломанными пружинами и в одном месте проваливался. Окна выходили в очень узкие улицы, дневного света почти не видно. Завтрак проходил в соседнем отеле.

+: Отличное расположение, в центре, и при этом не шумно, заселили раньше, после чекаута оставили багаж без проблем! Завтраки выше всяких похвал для «тройки» в Европе, неплохой кофе,были и фрукты, и овощи, абмолютно не напрягает, что нужно переходить в соседнее здание! Номера чистые, неплохая шумоизоляция, места в номере хватает! Вообщем, рекомендую!

+: Останавливаюсь четвертый раз. Нравится все. Жаль что убрали кофе машину в холле отеля которая работала до обеда. Все сотрудники очень доброжелательны. Особая благодарность Даниэле, она говорит по русски и охотно и подробно ответила на все наши вопросы -: Включить кофе машину в холле чтобы утром можно было попить кофе как было раньше. Конечно чайник в номере и набор для чая и кофе это хорошо, но кофе из кофе машины мне нравился больше

+: Отель расположен очень близко к площади Сан-Марко и к речной станции. Номер маленький, но мы оставались всего на одну ночь и нам было комфортно. Завтрак неплохой. Обратный поезд был вечером, разрешили оставить багаж на ресепшене. Персонал очень дружелюбный. -: Непросто найти вход в отель. Холодно в ванной комнате.

+: Расположение очень удобное, до причала или площади Сан Марко около 5 минут пешком. -: На ресепе нет сотрудников, они находятся в соседнем отеле, где и проходит завтрак. Номер был очень тёмный, хорошо что нужно было только одну ночь переночевать.

+: Отличный отель в центре Венеции.Заселили на 2 часа раньше без лишних вопросов-отличный вежливый персонал-дали карту,все объяснили-где-что.Отличный завтрак-все есть,даже шампанское дают.Рекомендую.
