+: Приятный отель недалеко от вокзала. Я не успела на поезд и вынуждена была ночевать в Милане. Чисто, уютно. Спасибо -: Мне не хватило кондиционера для волос и лосьона для тела в ванной комнате

+: Хорошее удобное расположение, рядом жд вокзал, автобусные остановки до аэропорта, трамвайные остановки, метро, в шаговой доступности площадь Дуома, по пути следования др. достопримечательности и городские аутлеты. В отеле чисто, удобно, очень красивый интерьер, бесперебойный интернет. Внутренний дворик просто сказка. Завтраки отличные. На верхнем этаже расположен ресторан в миланском стиле. -: Все хорошо. Но почему не разрешили посидеть во внутреннем дворе и для полного дополнения можно предусмотреть ванные халаты.

+: Расположение отеля отличное - нам нужно было у вокзала. А так - очень посредственная 4-ка. -: Мини-косметики нет, воды бесплатной нет. А это, между прочим, 4 звезды за 750 евро за 2 номера на четверых за ночь. Под раковиной сразу после ее первого использования сразу налилась большая лужа. Пришлось ее полотенцем останавливать. И это явно не в первый раз, т.к. паркет у входа в санузел весь вздутый. В душевой кабинке плесень. На ресепшн из номера позвонить невозможно, т.к. телефон есть, а бумажки с информацией, по какому номеру звонить нет. Завтрак плохой, но это, видимо, в Италии везде так. Одним словом, почти за 400 евро номер в сутки - полное несответствие цены и качества. И это никакие не 4 звезды

+: Хороший отель, чистый, до центрального вокзала 5 мин, рядом метро, вкусный завтрак «шведский стол», в номере тепло (апрель), тихо, перебоев с водой нет. -: Не хватало бутылочек с питьевой водой и стаканов в номере. Душ не регулируется по высоте (это нюанс).
