+: Удобное расположение, через перекрёсток оказываешься уже на туристической улочке. Вокзал в 5 минутах.Персонал дружелюбный. Шикарная терраса на последнем этаже. Есть смарт тв, можно пользоваться netflix и youtube. -: Выбор завтрака совсем небольшой. Если оставаться надолго, надоест.

+: отличный персонал, быстрое заселение, вкусный завтрак, прекрасная терраса с шикарным видом на флорентийские крыши. и очень приятная услуга - камера хранения до заезда и после выезда! хостел недалеко от вокзала, мы оставили все вещи и гуляли до вечера, потом зашли в хостел, забрали вещи и пошли на вокзал, до которого буквально 5 минут -: все отлично!

+: Расположение- рядом с вокзалом и основными достопримечательностями. Прекрасная терраса с видом на Флоренцию. Хорошие завтраки -: Первую ночь подселили не в ту категорию номера, которую бронировали. Да еще и рядом с комнатой для завтраков ( шум посуды и разговор персонала мешал спать с 6 утра).После жалобы в поддержку Booking, поменяли номер, на тот, который бронировали. Вторые сутки прошли отлично

+: терраса с панорамой города, завтрак, очень вкусно, номера не большие но чистые и приятное мыло, очень классный персонал, расположение -: слышно немного ночью канализацию, как сливает туалет сосед и жестковатый матрац как для меня. но это индивидуально

+: Великолепный сервис! Чистота и эстетика! Хозяйн Мириам нас поразил своим гостеприимством -по карте рассказал куда сходить, что посмотреть! Любезно предложил обязательно воспользоваться крышей отеля с которого открывается волшебно красивый вид на всю Флоренцию! И отель нам презентовал бутылочку шампанского в номер - по случаю годовщины свадьбы! Мы были приятно удивлены!) Потому что такие комплименты в отелях 3* обычно НЕ делают! Такое отношение и гостеприимство сделало наш отдых во Флоренции просто незабываемым и романтичным! -: -
