+: Питание и сервис в ресторане отличные. Очень живописные места . -: Забронировали этот отель на три дня - номер полулюкс с террасой .Первоначально нам был предоставлен номер 104 по той категории ,что и заказывали . В нём мы прожили два дня , а на третий день без нашего согласия нас переселили в другой номер и как оказалось другой категории ( наши вещи они перенесли сами, не показывая нам его и с 11 до 14 часов мы находились в холле отеля .Мне нужно было принять лекарства ( я принимаю их по определённым часам ), но менеджер отеля упорно не говорила местонахождение номера . После долгих объяснений меня всё таки проводили в номер , где я взяла лекарства .Но видно , что такие варианты у этого отеля в порядке вещей . Извинений мы даже не услышали . При выезде мы видели ,что ещё одна семейная пара в халатах и с чемоданами сидит в холле в ожидании другого заселения .Во всей этой ситуации управление отеля обвиняет Booking , но я понимаю , что отель не чётко работает с системами бронирования .
