+: Тихая, зеленая зона. -: Простой завтрак. Но самый невкусный кофе за неделю путешествия в Италии. На трассе около отеля маячат толи путаны, толи наркоманки ,жгут костёр, сверкают голыми попами в стрингах ....гуляли с детьми, зредище малоприятное...Европа, мля..

+: Нам было важно близость аэропорта и чтоб место отеля было тихое. Очень довольны остались , всё совпало 26 км от аэропорта и близко метро , автобус , пару остановок и вы в центре Рима ! Прямо в отеле купили билеты на день метро автобус! Приветливый персонал! Хороший ресторан в отеле ! Чистые номера , большая удобная кровать ! Если вы путешествуете на машине , это прекрасный вариант , большая парковка! Выберем этот отель ещё раз !

+: Приветливый персонал, закрытая территория, есть паркинг. У нас был довольно просторный номер. 7 минут пешком от метро. -: Стены уже пора перекрашивать, отсутсвие тапочек.

+: Расположение, персонал -: Очень старый отель, в принципе как и все остальные отели, лифт старый очень, еле ходит, район очень грязный, повсюду мусор и контейнеры для него, воняет когда идёшь до станции метро, нету таблички «не беспокоить» , нету даже чайника в отеле 4 звезды, отсутсвует мини бар, по полу ползают муравьи, пыли много. Вообщем если бы я приехал сюда лет 20 назад может быть я и удивился бы) но сейчас мы приехали в следующий отель, есть о чем написать следующий отзыв, кто ставит звёзды отелям я вообще не знаю.

+: Большой номер (для троих), удобная бесплатная парковка (для Рима редкость), приветливый персонал, отличный эспрессо за завтраком. Окна выходили в тихий парк. Недалеко метро. -: Шумоизоляция между номерами слабая, к счастью, попались тихие соседи, но разговор слышно. В ванной отсутствует полотенцесушитель и всего один крючок (полотенца негде повесить). Кондиционер не регулируется из номера. Район очень грязный, мусор не убирают неделями.

+: Гостиницу искали только чтобы переночевать и поехать в аэропорт - данный вариант вполне подходит для этих целей. Бесплатная парковка. -: Номерной фонд уже не новый, все довольно-таки пошарканное, даже в номерах категории делюкс. Перед свёртком в гостиницу стоят представители древнейшей профессии, да и в целом не очень комфортный район. Очень далеко от центра. Завтраки скудные. В общем не понятно откуда там 4 звезды.
