+: Дама на рецепшн очень дружелюбная, помогла соориентироваться в городе. К отелю не подъехать, но где-то неподалёку отель предлагает паркинг (я припарковался а 600 метрах сам). Завтрак в кафе в том же здании. -: Довольно обшарпанный номер, не уютно.

+: Расположение очень хорошее, близко ко всем достопримечательностям, но большие трудности с парковкой, так как отель расположен в черте ограниченного трафика. На парковку отослали очень далеко. Завтрак хороший. Очень хорошие кровати.

+: Прекрасное отношение персонала! Помогли с парковкой, все пожелания по номеру были исполнены наилучшим образом. Отличное расположение, прямо в центре. -: Завтрак, накрытый в соседнем кафе, откровенно разочаровал. Это не завтрак, а отмазка.

+: Очень удобное месторасположение, практически в начале исторической части. В 10 минутах ходьбы есть большой паркинг Eden (с 20:30 до 7:30 парковка бесплатная) -: Завтрак заявлен, но есть нечего совсем, только 6 видов кексов, кофе тоже не было. В ресторане вообще персонал отсутствовал. Позавтракать можно сразу за углом в кофейне.

Идеальное расположение. Прекрасная хозяйка. Нормальные номера с оптимальным набором удобств для 3*. Тихо, хотя центральная улица в 10 шагах. Завтрак для Италии очень даже неплохой. Прекрасная выпечка, отличный кафе заваривают для вас лично на любой вкус.

Неплохой отель, чтобы остановиться на один день в Ареццо. На тихой улице, в трех минутах от жд вокзала, все достопримечательности в пешей доступности.
