+: Отличное расположение гостиницы - очень близко к центру и подъемнику, но не на главной улице, поэтому было довольно тихо -: Завтрак не отличался разнообразием. В нашем номере душевая была расположена посередине гостиной (дверь в душевую прозрачная), напротив панорамной двери на улицу - сомнительное дизайнерское решение

В номере было холодно. Экономят. Вода в бассейне сильно хлорирована. Глаза после красные.Завтрак отличный, после 16:00 организован бесплатный стол. Очень удобно перекусить после катания. Доставка лыжников до лифта и обратно организована отлично. Время проживания: Февраль 2018

Дороговато, завтраки не очень. Нет русскоговорящего персонала.До подъемника ходит свой миниавтобус. Номер большой, потом я переехал в отель "ла- перла", там номер меньше. Время проживания: Февраль 2017

Желательно продлить время работы автобуса отеля, который возит до склонов, с 17 хотя бы до 17.30. Почему то из ски рум нет входа сразу в отель, необходимо выходить на улицу. Полотенцесушитель и батарея в номере не работают, если их каждый раз не включать при возвращении в номер, один раз забыли, в итоге катались с мокрыми перчатки на следующий день. В номерах нереальная слышимость, ночью постоянно что то грохочет, утром слышно как работают стиральные машины в прачечной, вечером как орут дети из соседних номеров. Если вы хотите тихого спокойного отдыха, лучше присмотреть другой отель. На завтраках и ужинах иногда нам забывали принести напитки, приходилось подходить и просить принести нам что то. А еще, после вопроса официантке, почему на нашем столике стоит открытая и на половину пустая бутылка воды, она ответила, что в отеле ничего не выбрасывается и эта бутылка - наша недопитая со вчерашнего дня.Отель приятный. Плохо просушивали ботинки в Ski-room, так как включали сушку около 7 утра, а мы катались с 8:30, как результат холодные и влажные ботинки.Провели отличное время в городе Канацеи и отеле Астория. Хорошие номера, отличная СПА-зона, были приятно удивлены размером бассейна. Хорошие завтраки и восхитительные ужины. Время проживания: Январь 2017
