    +: Отличное расположение, близко к метро Сан-Джованни. Район в меру оживленный. Магазины, кафешки, аптеки. Красивый подъездвнутренний дворик, очень приятно в него заходить. Номер чистый, свежий, приятный дизайн. Уборка, что приятно, каждый день. Полотенца меняли раз в два дня. В январе холодновато, но с этим отлично справлялся кондиционер. Валентина, хост, очень приятная, дружелюбная и готова помочь, рассказать что где. -: Жаль, что wi-fi работал с перебоями, а потом и вовсе сломался на два дня. И стул в комнате немного неустойчив)

    +: Небольшой но чистый номер, Уборка каждый день. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Метро буквально в 2 шагах, много ресторанчиков и кафешек. За свои деньги очень хорошо. Останавливаюсь здесь уже во второй раз. Все устраивает

    +: Понравилось расположение, дизайн номеров, чистота, радушие хозяев)) За относительно небольшие деньги( по меркам Рима) вы получаете полный набор услуг. Гостевой дом расположен в интересном доме, с большим внутренним двором, украшенным цветами. Было приятно возвращаться после прогулок по Риму. Вылет был поздно вечером - хозяева разрешили оставить чемодан, что очень ценно.

    +: Классный небольшой отель. Немного прохладно в январе, но это для юга европы норма. Сплит работает хорошо на отопление. -: Завтрак европейский. Практически одно сладкое. Но при этом шикарная кофе-машина и чай.

    +: Хорошее местоположение, 2 минуты до метро. Помещение в старом доме, но всё довольно свежее. В номере чисто. Очень хороший персонал. Бесплатное хранение багажа после выезда. -: Маленькая душевая кабина. Поздно встали, а хлеба на завтрак уже нет, весь съели. :)
