+: Знаковый исторический отель с фантастическим месторасположением. Бесплатный доступ в сестринский отель этой же сети внизу на побережье (регулярный шаттл, морская прогулка в подарок). Роскошный вид на завтраке. -: Ремонт номеров уже не совсем свежий, но при этом, конечно, красивый и качественный. Из реальных минусов - звукоизоляция могла бы быть получше, иногда слышно, что происходит в туалетных комнатах по соседству

+: Я оставливсь в этом отеле уже второй раз, потому что он действительно прекрасный. Прекрасное расположение , вид , от которого просто дух захватывает и действительно прекрасный сервис делают этот отель незабываемым. В следующий раз опять остановлюсь именно там.

+: Отель действительно замечательный. Прекрасный номер и прекрасный сервис, потрясающий вид с террасы и сад. Очень хочу приехать на Сицилию еще и остановиться в этом отеле. -: Кофе на завтрак был не очень хороший (если не заказывать отдельно). Возможно, нужно доработать правила работы с компаниями-партнерами. В аэропорту, когда мы прилетели, то не обнаружили встречающую нас машину (заказывали через отель). Оказалось, что водитель попал в большую пробку, но нам никто не позвонил, и пришлось самостоятельно связываться с отелем.

+: Лучший отель в городе по расположению, шикарные виды с террасы отеля на побережье и вулкан Этна, шикарные бары, отличная парковка, свой парк и хороший бассейн.

+: Чистота, месторасположение самое лучшее, убранство номеров соответствует цене, предупредительный персонал, хорошая кухня, возможность заказать завтрак в номер до 12 часов дня включена в стоимость. Самое главное- вид с террасы главного ресторана. Каждый день завтракать любуясь огромным парком с кипарисами и дымящимся вулканом- ради этого стоит сюда приехать. -: Бассейн очень маленький и, естественно часто переполнен людьми. Для отеля такой ценовой категории это неприемлемо. Кроме того, бассейн работает до 19,00. Даже если вам не нужны полотенца и бар, и вы хотите просто поплавать после знойной экскурсии- не получится. Вас попросят уйти и закроют вход на замок. Трансфер на пляж есть, но в часы пик уехать с пляжа часто невозможно- не все помещаются, приходится ждать следующего шатла. Таким образом, дорога в отель плюс ожидание займет не меньше часа. Завтраки до 10,30. Опять же, для отеля такого уровня можно сделать и до 11.00.
