-: При прибытии в отель и после того как на месте в отеле мы сделали оплату за номер, после нам сказали, что мы должны оставить залоговую сумму в случае, если их мебели в номере будет нанесен какой-то ущерб. Мы были немного разочарованы, так как отель 4 звезд и первый раз мы с таким столкнулись. Ни в одном отеле в разных городах и странах нас никогда не просили вносить залоговую сумму.

+: Отличное расположение 2 минуты от моста Риалто и 4 минуты от площади Сан Марко.Удобно,что от остановки вапоретто Риалто нужно пройти по одной улице без поворотов и лестниц,что важно есть багаж.Большой номер,лифт,хороший завтрак понравилось всё.

+: отель в самом центре, очень большие, для Венеции, просторные номера. Бутилированная вода предоставляется бесплатно, хороший завтрак для Италии. -: в номере в марте месяце уже были комары, а спать с закрытыми окнами - жарко.

+: Самый большой плюс этого отеля это расположение, пару минут ходьбы до центральной площади, близко к одной из центральных станций Риалто ( с аэропорта на водном трамвае можно доехать до этой станции и от нее в 3-ех минутах ходьбы находится отель) просторная комната, было тепло и чисто. -: Не понравилось что на завтраке одной тряпкой сначала протирали пол а потом столы , мы были немного в шоке от этого.
