+: Прекрасный отель. Останавливаемся уже там второй раз;) и сейчас рассматриваю именно его на Новогодние каникулы;) прекрасный, атмосферный отель, идеальный персонал. Завтрак был вкусным и красивым) -: Были проблемы со сливом в унитазе- вода все время текла. Мы сообщили о проблеме и ушли на ужин, вернувшись обнаружили, что проблема не устранена, но было поздно и уже не было сил решать это. Расстроилась, что столько воды израсходовано в пустую…

-: стройка перед входом, которая длится годами. очень шумно и пыльно. номер был просторный, но кондиционеры днем не справлялись с жаркой погодой. в номере не было шкафа. просто отдельная вешалка-это неудобно.

+: Прекрасный отель! Свежий ремонт, постельное белье мягкое, каждый день комплименты в номер: печенье, орешки, чипсы, вино, шампуни гели Diptyque, прекрасный завтрак. Персонал очень приветливый, во всем готовы помочь. До Дуомо 15 минут пешком.

+: сказочный интерьер отеля ласкает глаз. в номере все ингредиенты интерьера качественно изготовлены и продуманы. приятно дотрагиваться до постели, брать в руки полотенца, принимать ванну…. в районе отеля много милых кафе и кондитерских. мой любимы отель. -: по соседству с отелем стройка метро, там обитают странные личности, пугают слегка.
