+: хорошие чистые большие номера. отличное расположение -: проблемы с напором воды, сантехника требует ремонта. завтрак так себе, при полной загрузке отеля невозможно найти свободный столик. персонал ресторана ведет себя отвратительно.

+: Близко к жд вокзалу , от площади Сан-Марко далековато . Пешком 1,5 км. Ходят паромчики , но мы на первый не влезли , ждали следуюшего минут 15-20 , билет на человека 9,50 евро . -: Если хотите тишины по утрам , то эта гостинница точно не для вас !

+: Искала отель с расположением поближе к вокзалу. С этим все хорошо. В остальном кошмар -: Почему-то, когда бронируешь с оплатой накопленными бонусами из кошелька, в отеле гарантированно селят в какой-то треш. Должен был быть улучшенный номер, а выдали конуру в старом соседнем здании с текущим унитазом. Стены грязные, около столешницы потеки. Я не знаю, почему после ковида, ужасные потрепанные старые трешки вдруг стали четверками с ценой премиум. И с каких это пор в четверках платная вода? Неужели такую элементарную вещь, как бутылочку воды, трудно включить в стоимость? Она стоит копейки, никто при таком ценнике разницы не почувствует, а клиенту приятно!

+: Просторный номер Завтрак Недалеко от вокзала, наш номер не выходил на проходную улицу и было тихо. Кровати удобные. Пошли навстречу с оплатой, за что огромное спасибо. -: Грязновато в коридорах. Наша терраса была в окурках и пакетах. Ресторан вечером вообще ни о чем. Имея террасу на канале и не использовать соответствующим образом. Но в целом, в Венеции полно мест поужинать.
