+: У отеля очень хорошее месторасположение . Практически все основные достопремичательности в пешеходной зоне. Персонал отеля очень приветливый. -: Рассчитывала на халаты в номере. Но увы. Все таки 4*. Но ничего, это нам не испортило настроение.

+: + месторасположение, отличный вид на завтракахЕсли гулять и только приходить в номер спать, то самое то -: - брали номер трёхместный , не соответствовал картинкам при бронировании, нам в двухместный номер просто поставили доп кровать- не было зеркала в полный рост ( только в ванной комнате)- на одного человека приходилось только одно большое махровое полотенце , второе было просто тканевое ( хотя при 4* должно быть больше)- не было халата, тапочек, ложки для обуви- завтраки каждый раз одинаковые и не оч разнообразные ( омлет, сосиски, бекон, овощи гриль, варенное яйцо, молоко с хлопьями, йогурт) не хватало овощей

+: Ничего кроме расположения -: Все. Зал для завтраков переполнен. Еду надо ждать. Описание и фото не соответствуют действительности. Унитаз поставлен так что нормальному человеку не возможно пользоваться как и душем. Надо быть Дюймовочкой. Маломобильным здесь делать нечего сплошные ступени даже в номерах. Отдали в стирку вещи вечером еле нашли, но оказалось забыли постирать. При выезде пытались общитать.

+: Во время выезда хотели списать с Карты оплату за номер повторно, мотивируя что ранее не списали деньги а лишь «заморозили» сумму на карте. Хорошо, что предусмотрительно убрал деньги с карты и афера не удалась. -: Багаж в номер пришлось тащить самим по лесенкам и ступенькам. Халатов в номере не оказалось. За тапочками пришлось идти на ресепшн. С тапочками получилось с ресепшн нет. Описание номера не соответствует с описанием на букинком. Х
