Cristallo, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, the first 5-star luxury hotel in the Dolomites, offers great views and a free, scheduled shuttle service to/from the center of Cortina D'Ampezzo.

+: Все понравилось (за исключением небольших недочетов)! Шикарный отель! Фантастическая очень удобная кровать, прекрасное обслуживание. В баре захотели посидеть на улице, пошел дождь, но столики под зонтом были не убраны. Попросили убрать, все убрали в два счета. Персонал этого отеля делает абсолютно все, чтобы гости остались довольны. Виды из отеля открываются волшебные! А в отеле чувствуешь себя как дома, окруженный заботой и вниманием. -: С рестораном были некоторые недочеты. Несмотря на то, что атмосфера в ресторане тоже потрясающая: красивый интерьер и панорамные виды из окна, нам не очень понравилось ризотто. Звукоизоляция хоть и есть, но когда пылесосят или разговаривают в коридоре, это очень слышно. В любом случае, нам эти недочеты не помешали прекрасно отдохнуть. И именно этот отель сделал наш отдых по-настоящему шикарным!

+: Кровать не плохая но во время заезда перепутали мой заказ на две раздельные кровати заказ был за 20 дней нужно внимательно читать предпочтения клиента -: Нет повара на утреннем приготовлении пищи очень маленькая зона Спа всего две сауны и вообще Отель больше сответствует уровню 4 звезды

+: Услужливый персонал. -: Все замечательно, но если придираться, то: в 14:45 официант в ресторане сказал, что кухня закрыта, хотя обед до 15:00 (но можно заказать в номер), в комнате почему-то было прохладно (18-19 градусов по Цельсию), несколько дней в интервале 22:00-23:00 были слышны тяжелые биты музыки (персонал сказал, что это ветер).
