+: Большие просторные номера.приветливый персонал.не плохое меню в местом ресторане всегда можно выбрать что покушать -: Какой-то неприятный запах в комнатах не понятно что это.но как мы только пожаловались нас тут же переселили в другой номер и дали завтрак на всех в подарок за неудобства.

+: Рядом с метро, идти максимум 10 минут, возле метро Макдональдс, удобно ехать в центр, всегда сидя, ведь это конечная. Одна ветка с жд вокзалом -: В номере нет чайника, воду для чая можно набирать только в коридоре возле ресторана.

-: Обсалютно не соответствует цена-качество! Номера плохо убраны. Мебель и состояние номеров удовлетворительное. Просили номера соседние с друзьями, не дали. Завтрак- дто отдельная история. Мало того, что они хотят за него 15€, окей, но есть там нечего. Так что если есть возможность потерпеть с завтраком, лучше провести его в кафе вне отеля. Расположение не удобное, касаемо тех, кто передвигается на общественном транспорте. Рядом с территорией отеля вообще непонятно что происходит, справа заброшенное сдание по типу отеля, без оконом и дверей. Слева за забором котлован в заброшеном состоянии.

+: Своя большая парковка, большие номера -: Очень похоже на то что когда строили отель под конец стройки закончились деньги, размах отеля очень большой, но все сделано из самого дешевого, в коридорах и номерах воняет вонючей душевой краской, стены убогие побитые, номера уваленные, в полу в номере была дырка, отель очень грязный, раздолбанный и вонючий

+: Расположение хорошее к выставке Isalone и к городу. Но сам отель ужасно грязный, старый. По чистоте в принципе норм. В ресторане вечером есть нечего, кухня ужасная, район очень спальный и в районе нет ресторанов от слова "совсем". Только на машине в город и всё.... -: Грязно и пыльно, старый очень отель.

+: У объекта неплохое расположение, недалеко метро, магазин, кафе. Номер просторный. -: В номе было очень грязно, очень плохой интернет, комната плохо освещалась, бронировали номер с ванной но в комнате оказался душ. Персонал в ресторане не очень приветливый.
