+: На удивление, это оказался замечательный отель для остановки в Неаполе. Номер был с террасой - она общая, но к счастью, она закрывается в 22:00 для гостей, к тому же на входе в нее висит объявление с призывом соблюдать тишину и уважать соседей. В номере было тихо, и очень чисто - каждый раз, когда мы покидали номер (даже на полчаса на завтрак), горничные успевали прибраться. Всегда заправлена кровать, обновлены полотенца, принадлежности для душа (к слову, установлена ванна, а не душ). Кондиционер, мини-холодильник - исправно работают. Сам интерьер красивый. Зал для завтраков - великолепен! На ресепшене работают очень милые портье, один из них даже знает русский язык (выучил его, потому что любит читать русскую литературу, за что большое уважение!) Месторасположение нам тоже понравилось, до всех нужных мест добирались пешком. При очень раннем выезд (в 6 утра) нам предоставили завтрак в ланч-боксе, вызвали такси (приехало за 3 минуты, стоило 20 евро). Wi-Fi отлично работает, все загружается быстро! Read more

-: В комнатах мало света, мы были в январе в ванной холодный пол и нет полотенцесушителя. Полотенца все обтрепаные. Один раз можно остановиться, но возвращаться не хочется.

+: Очень удобное месторасположение, хотя в начале мы немного испугались улочки в старом городе. Шикарный зал для завтрака, отель новый и этим все сказано. Сохранена старинная атмосфера -тоже осень приятно.

+: Отель не соответствует указанному рейтингу -: Персонал не приветлив, в номере абсолютно убитая сантехника (ржавая, грязная с плесенью), пользоваться которой ужасно неприятно, неприятный запах в номере, очень старая мебель (не антикварные, а именно старая). Дополнительную кровать для ребёнка, за 30 евро за ночь, вообще кроватью не назвать! Убитая койка без матраса. Завтрак - вообще нечто! Два вида колбасы из двух - кислые - реально испорченная! Сам завтрак - настолько скуден -кошмар! Есть абсолютно нечего! Круассаны - не первой свежести. В общем, поняв, что продукты не свежие, а некоторые- явно испорчены, просто ушли с завтрака. Сам "ресторан", вернее комната, в которой кормят людей, находится в совершенно непотребном состоянии! Всё разрушенное и обшарпанное. Вообще, впечатление от отеля, что ты находишься в старой поликлинике. Довольно неприятное место! +: Очень приятный отель. Он расположен в самом "чреве" Неаполя. Но в этом и шарм. Внутри страшного здания, скрывается отличный отель, с историческими интерьерами (особенно зал ресторана) чуть ли не старинного дворца. Уютно. Очень доброжелательный персонал. Домашние и очень большие номера. Классный и очень интересный отель. Добротный (но скромный) завтрак. Есть русско-говорящий менеджер или администратор. Относительно неподалеку платная подземная стоянка.
-: Вокруг очень плохо с едой. Пара кафе и шаверма.
