+: Я не первый раз в Риме, но впервые в этом отеле. Отель прекрасно расположен. Все достопримечательности находятся в 5-10 минутах пешком. Вокруг отеля - множество ресторанчиков и кафе. Торговые улицы - за углом. В плане чистоты и комфорта- все на уровне. Уборка и смена полотенец каждый день. Полноценный завтрак. Отзывчивый и приветливый персонал. Обязательно вернусь в Рим и в этот отель -: Я не люблю ограничения . Мне не понравилось единственное- на завтраке вы не можете выбрать хлебные изделия. Вам их приносят в корзинке. И всё. Больше их нигде нет. Видимо, заботятся о вашей фигуре.

+: Персонал очень отзывчивый, приветливый. Чувствуется профессионализм. Приятный, стильный интерьер, чистые номера. Хорошее расположение -: Номера неплохие, но хорошо бы обновить Мебель и ванну. Поставить чайник или кофемашину.Завтрак не особо разнообразный. Удивило в Италии отсутствие нарезки сыров

+: Хорошее месторасположения, достаточно близко до Всех достопримечательностей. Вкусный завтрак, но очень скудный за такую цену ночи. Просторные Номера. Практически весь персонал приветливый, за исключением мужчины в лобби по имени Винченцо... Хорошее лобби, которое никак не отражает действительности. -: Грязные Номера. Все вентиляции забиты грязью. Замок в Ванной комнате заклинило и не могли открыть его 10 минут. В конце не проверили оплатили ли мы номер в начале поездки, и хотели списать ещё раз полную стоимость проживания и даже не извинились ( Портье по имени Винченцо) Вместо нормального одеяла постелили плед и 2 простыни. Ужасное соотношение ценакачество ! Гостиница уровня максимум 3-ех звёзд! Ни о каких 4-ех даже не может идти речи. Абсолютное не соответствие номеров с фотографиями в Букинге.

+: Расположение и тишина номера - единственный плюс этого отеля, но это совершенно не стоит этих денег! -: Завтрак включен в стоимость, но по факту со второго дня проживания мы просто не пошли на завтрак потому что на заварке только чай- кофе, бекон, листья салата, вафли и сок сильно разбавленный. в номере нет ни чайника, ни кофемашины, ни просто бутылки с водой. окна выходят во двор - мы просто зашторили и не смотрели, очень тесно.

+: Место расположение отличное -: Единственный минус от прибывания, это момент оплаты за отель, когда по какой-то причине сняли всю сумму за проживание снова, а 340 евро снятые с карты ранее почему-то не зачли.
