+: Хороший персонал, не далеко от транспорта и метро, убирали каждый день и все чисто, не плохой завтрак,но каждый день одно и то же. -: Гостиница явно не тянет на 4 звезды, может три с минусом,все старое потертое, матрасы были не удобные, аж пружины вылезали, в ванной комнате всё старое, явно требует ремонта.

+: В отеле останавливались на 1 ночь, пешком от Термини, все хорошо, вполне удобно, завтрак супер, многочисленные залы, от многолюдных и тёплых, до закрытых и прохладных, почти и на самой крыше, с видом и садом. Отель как-то причудливо объединён с соседним, так что на лифте можно приехать на другой ресепшн)). Завтрак до 10 и выписка до 10, в 10 утра внизу образовалась длинная очередь. Чемоданы оставляли в спец комнате, мы и ещё тысяча человек, все подписано, аккуратно сложено 😍. -: Окна не очень, не сдерживали шум и ночью в них слегка поддувало, не критично.

+: Уборка ежедневно, следили за всем: за минибаром (бесплатным кстати), чтобы в нем всегда была вода, пепси, чипсы; в номере всегда есть кофе, чай, сливки; в ванной всегда пополняли средства гигиены. Очень вкусные бесплатные завтраки. Вежливый, улыбчивый, всегда готов помочь персонал. Рекомендую однозначно -: В номерах невзирая на условия бронирования (бронировал номер для курящих) нельзя курить. Но как выяснилось, это общее положение во всем Риме. Однако в номере был балкон, на который можно было выйти покурить

+: расположение, завтрак -: Персонал отеля не приветливый, уборка номера некачественная. Ванная комната маленькая, имеются протечки, на кафеле следы плесени, раковина имеет трещины. Салфетки и туалетная бумага не докладывались.

+: Отель удобно расположен. номера не новые, но чистые, очень порадовала мини бар ((( каждый день Вода, кола , печеньки (((у нас был бесплатный. Завтраки стандартные яйца, омлет , сыр, ветчина , фрукты и тд единственное не было блинчиков.
