+: Персонал очень отзывчивый, приятный в общении и услужливый! Номер был чистым, уютным, просторная ванная комната. Завтраки сытные и вкусные, хоть и скромные в плане разнообразия; отличный кофе и круассаны) -: Номера маленькие.. Утюг следовало бы заменить, поскольку им уже невозможно погладить вещи, чтобы не замарать ткань и доп. функции такие как "пар" не работали.

+: Красивый номер. Приятная кровать. Хороший душ. Высокие потолки -: Месторасположение неудобное. Небезопасный район. Я старалась быстро выходить из отеля, так как было немного страшно на улице

+: Удобная кровать и большой номер. -: Завтраки до 9.30, пришли в 9.00 было пусто (хлеб и хлопья) ,сообщили, что всё закончилось. Администратор очень возмущалась, с недовольным видом принесла стакан молока ребёнку, масло и джем. После завтрака поднялись в номер, а там уборка, попросила убрать номер позже, когда нас не будует, меня просто проигнорировали и продолжили уборку - они на работе, а я могу и подождать! Таблички -PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB не было , холодильник в номере течёт, ни шампуня, ни тапочек, хорошо хоть фен был. Очень разочарованы. Первый раз столкнулись с таким хамским отношением в отеле! И это 4 звезды!!!

+: единственный плюс расположение, от Коллизия 20 минут пешком -: ужасно грязный отель персонал грубый завтрак отвратительный в такую жару кондиционер не работал забывали ставить полотенца

+: Отель расположен недалеко от исторической части города. Есть всё необходимое для того что бы провести ночь. -: С машины припаркованной на уличной парковки напротив украли все вещи, даже грязные. На территории отеля нет специальных парковочных мест, машину поставить можно в дворике. Так что я бы посоветовал забирать вообще все вещи, если едете на машине.

+: 1. Интерьер номера2. Балкон3. Расположение. Очень удобно добираться до центра4. Приветливые хозяева, готовые всегда помочь -: 1. Звукоизоляция. Её практически нет. Постоянно ездят машины и невозможно уснуть

+: Хорошее расположение, пешком можно дойти до термини, из-за того что отель расположен подальше - район почище. Номера ухоженные, мебель немного устаревшая, но впечатление не портит, в номере был балкончик. Персонал учтивый, завтрак хороший -: Кондиционер в номере был не совсем рабочий
