+: Сам отель очень красивый. С массой дизайнерских фишек. Превосходный завтрак. Очень отзывчивый и приветливый персонал. Ничего не могу сказать про то, что находится в округе, так как постоянно были в центре. -: Это не проблема отеля, но расположен он довольно далеко от центра. Да, рядом 2 или 3 линии трамвая, но идет трамвай в центр очень медленно. Потому если целью вашей поездки являются прогулки по центру - то учтите время в пути.

+: Сам отель. Интерьер продуман до мелочей. Завтрак-разный, не скудный. Даже мед был в сотах. Номер хороший. Тепло. -: Слышимость хорошая из коридора например. Далековато от центра. Если пешком около 40-50 минут

+: Были с мужем в начале декабря на три дня, брали улучшеный номер без завтрака. Отель очень современный, красивый и чистый, приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. При входе есть зонты от отеля для посетителей на случай дождя. Уборка чистая и на следующий день дали новые мини шампунь, кондиционер и гель для душа. В ванной комнате есть телефон и стул ( что не везде встречается) имелся skai tv , что очень порадовало мужа, поблизости в одном минуте пешком был замечательный ресторан bistrot Ribot. Метро в 10 минутах пешком и 15 минут на метро до DUOMO , так же пешком за минут 20 можно добраться до castello Sforzesco и там же огромный красивый парк. Все пишут, что снимали деньги с карты заранее , у нас такого не было единственное при заезде попросили данные карты чтобы взять депозит , но мы сразу оплатили проживание. В номере так был был мини бар ( за плату) и чайник с кофе и чаем (бесплатно). -: Фен переодически при нагревании переставал работать приходилось ждать пока остынет. +: Завтрак был очень хороший , много вкусных фруктов , пару горячих блюд , напитки . Все свежее и вкусное . Я бронировали двухместный номер с дополнительной кроватью , сотрудники отеля предоставили нам номер - квартиру 2 этажа , большей площади , с удобной маленькой кухней и всем необходимым , за что им большая благодарность. -: Впринципи понравилось все . Были некоторые недочёты, но это не существенно .
