+: Персонал очень приветливый, номер хороший. Завтраки заказываешь заранее по меню, удобно. -: Очень скользкий пол в душевой, хорошо бы коврик резиновый.

+: Хорошие завтраки. Доброжелательный и гостеприимный персонал. Удобная кровать. Близко к ЖД вокзалу. -: Номер требует ремонта. По ночам очень мешает шум льющейся воды в соседних номерах.

+: Отель в 5 минутах пешком от вокзала Термини. Оттуда можно добраться на автобусах в центр (ходят часто). Также от вокзала можно доехать на автобусе в аэропорт. На вокзале можно купить проездной и сим-карту. При этом место тихое, безопасно даже ночью. Сумму на карте не блокировали, разрешили по приезду заплатить наличными. Также бесплатно разрешили заменить даты поездки. Завтрак вкусный, но на него надо записываться каждый день к определенному времени по qr-коду. -: -

+: понравилось все!! прекрасный отель, очень вежливый и заботливый персонал, всегда готовы помочь, очень беспокоятся, чтобы гостям было хорошо!!! много полотенец! отличный фен, что для меня важно, так как густые волосы. в номере ТЕПЛО!!! это очень важно, так как в другом отеле замёрзла. подушки удобные, кровать замечательная, прекрасно выспалась, в общем не хотелось уезжать, обязательно снова приеду!!! спасибо огромное! -: такого нет

+: Очень понравился персонал и обслуживание. Выполнили все пожелания при заселении: нас заселили в 11, в номере была кровать и диван. Номер большой, удобный и главное прохладный. Для деток на столе оставили конфетки и колу. В холодильнике есть вода. На ресепшене после обеда можно попить сок и печенье. Столик на завтрак нужно резервировать, а мы не поняли и не зарезервировали. Но нам быстро нашли свободный столик и вкусно накормили. Завтрак разнообразный и очень вкусный! При выезде мы оставили чемодан на ресепшене и вернулись за ним вечером перед поездом. Отель находится рядом с жд и автобусной станцией, откуда можно быстро доехать в любую часть Рима.
