+: Понравилось буквально всё. Спасибо Оксане, всей семье, которая так замечательно встречает гостей. Вкусный завтрак, подробные объяснения, советы. Чистота, уют и самый центр красивейшей деревни. -: Такого нет!

+: Персонал выше всяких похвал! Оксана, привет! Завтраки сытные и разнообразные (для Италии). -: Возможны сложности с парковкой. Не было сушилки для белья, хотя она заявлена в описании. Но, этот вопрос был оперативно решен персоналом.

Один из лучших отелей в нашей истории! Прекрасный персонал. Хозяева отеля - семья итальянцев. Один из них женат на украинской девочке и нам очень приятно было с ней поболтать. У другого хозяина двухлетняя дочка - наши дети вместе играли))) Персонал очень отзывчивый - все наши просьбы выполнялись! Отель расположен в самом сердце стредневекового города - гулять по нему одно удовольствие! Завтраки впечатлили свежайшими круасанами, которые (я очень в это верю) пекли в самом отеле. Вообще же завтраки очень сытные, вкусные и полезные :) Время проживания: Октябрь 2017

Парковка на площади перед отелем. Старинный дом, большие номера. Чисто, аккуратно все. На первом этаже свой ресторан. Прямо в старом городе. Хотя он весь старый. :-) Там здорово гулять. Видна Этна и окрестности вокруг. Персонал чудесный. Есть терасса-балкончик с видом на город. Очень аутентично все.
