+: Меня заселили в номер категории выше без дополнительной оплаты. Приветственная записка с шоколадками. Очень добродушный приветливый персонал который помог и ответил на все вопросы. Чистый номер, удобная кровать! Чудесный вкусный завтрак, вкусный кофе! До всех достопримечательностей дошла пешком. Все было просто идеально.

+: Очень приветливый персонал, хороший завтрак, чистый номер. Нам достался номер с небольшой милой террасой. Расположение очень удобное для туристов, рядом есть автобусные остановки, метро в 10 мин ходьбы, до колизея пешком неспеша дошли за 30 мин. -: Единственное, что не понравилось - состояние зимних одеял, их давно пора заменить на новые, так как старые уже давно застиранные и совсем не греют.

+: Номер и обслуживающий персонал был прекрасным. Чистое белье и палатенца -: Запах еды и еще чего то в коридорах(в проходах до комнаты) А так же легкий запах на полотенцах индийскими благовониями или чем то похожим на это. У меня аллергия на такие запах.
