+: Отель на 4 этаже старого дома (бонусом красивая парадная и интересный лифт). Небольшой одноместный номер, но вполне комфортный, есть стол для работы (для меня важно). Жила неделю, убирали каждый день. Wi-Fi стабильный, с водой горячей проблем не было. Расположение, совсем рядом с Виллой Боргесе и Испанской лестницей, но улица отеля тихая и спокойная. -: Есть кухня, но не хватало микроволновки разогреть что-то

+: месторасположение -: грязь старая мебель старый санузел не работает слив унитаза - нужен несколько раз нажимать чтобы заработал недружелюбный персонал за исключением Паоло Уборщица заходила в комнату с предлогом почистить ее когда мы были там голыми , стук не был слышен не было гладильной доски , утюг старый, который прожег нам одежду и простыню кровати с нас требовали штраф 200 евро за кусочек покрывала, когда они прожгли наш свитер за 800 евро такие места лучше обходить стороной

+: в целом хороший отель для проживания. хорошие шампунь и мыло в душе. расположение на основной ветке метро, близко к центру и Termini. -: находится между двумя станциями метро, идти пешком с багажом около километра до станции. может показаться по карте что рядом станция метро Spagna, но это не так, до ветки метро так же идти далеко.тесный душ.

+: место расположения, балкончик, чисто. Хоть про отель писали много негативных отзывов, но по прибытию из минусов ничего не оказалось. К тому же здание отеля истерическое и построено в 1700 году.

+: Расположение в центре. -: Парковки нет, хотя указано, что есть, матрасы на кровати продавлены и спать на них невозможно, кровать скрипит от дыхания

-: Во время сна кусали какие-то насекомые, на ресепшене сказали что это москиты долетают из зоопарка. Из номера пропали купленные для ребенка шоколадки. Гостиница расположена на двух этажах, лифта нет, с собой был очень большой чемодан, при просьбе помочь с чемоданом, на ресепшене просто отвернулись и проигнорировали.
