One of our best sellers in Florence! Offering free access to the small spa, Golden Tower is a completely nonsmoking luxury boutique hotel next to Palazzo Strozzi, in Florence's most exclusive area. It features ultra-modern rooms and a bar.

Rooms here are stylish, with white walls and bed linen and dark-wood furniture. All come with a mini-bar, free WiFi and a flat-screen TV with Sky channels.

The free spa includes a hot tub, Turkish bath and sauna, as well as sensory showers and a cervical waterfall. A range of massages and beauty treatments are available on request, at extra charge.

+: Прекрасное расположение, все достопримечательности и магазины рядом в пешей доступности. -: Двухуровневый номер очень маленький, темный, местами старый. Стены очень тонкие, всех соседей слышно, очень шумно. Отель никак не 5 звезд. Отдыхали с маленькими детьми, отель не особо kid friendly. Работают медленно, с неохотой, недоброжелательны. Зона для завтрака маленькая, сам отель тесноват. Не рекомендую семьям с маленькими детьми.

+: Идеальное расположение. Самый центр,недалеко от жд вокзала. Очень тихо. Уютный номер с комфортной кроватью и матрацем. Чистота. Вкусные и разнообразны завтраки. Приветливый персонал. -: Были комары…начало ноября. Но проблема была быстро решена с помощью фумигатора с ресепшн.

+: Прекрасное местоположение, дружелюбный персонал, отличные завтраки! Все на высшем уровне! -: В 403 номере ковровое покрытие "уставшее", требует либо чистки, либо замены. До глубокой ночи под окнами гуляла молодёжь, заснуть было сложно, но это не проблема отеля. Больше никаких недочётов нет.

+: Расположение (правда, долго «петляли» на авто, т.к. навигатор ведёт дорогами, на которых часто висел «кирпич»).Номер чистый, хороший, тёплый.Персонал приветливый, понимающий, услужливый, вежливый. Интерьер спокойный. -: СПА работает только с 12 с 20(( Когда после целого дня прогулок или с дороги хочется пойти в сауну или размякнуть в бассейне - он закрыт, получается.Для 5-ки достойно, когда в качестве комплимента в номере ожидают не только 2 бутылочки воды.Цена за услуги и убранство великовата. С подобным же сервисом, ещё ближе к площадям, можно найти практически в 2 раза дешевле.
