+: Отличное расположение, пляж через дорогу, в номере очень тихо и комфортно. Рядом шикарный парк, в жаркую погоду прохладная тень. Прекрасный ресторан, персонал очень дружелюбный.

+: Понравилось само размещение отеля, так как недалеко от Генуи, мы путешествовали машиной. И еще рядом есть хорошие ресторанчики -: Пляж, который напротив недоступен. Везде был отказ. Говорили, beach is full😅

+: Объект построен был в 1913-м году размещение шикарное рядом с морем. -: Не понравилось то что не проведён капитальный ремонт ,я могу привести пример, подобный отель который был построен в 1905-м году находится в Римини , Гранд Отель Римини , в этом отеле был проведён грандиозный капитальный ремонт в 2012-м году а здесь нет.

+: Прекрасный отель, удачно расположен,завтрак один из лучших, которые были у меня в Италии за три недели путешествия.Удобная кровать. Своя (платная) парковка. -: Номер, в котором я жил, явно был после ремонта, чего не скажешь про коридоры и двери в номера.

+: Относительно большой отель для такого крошечного городка, как Аренцано. Останавливались на 1 ночь в начале мая по дороге во Францию. Довольно большая стоянка непосредственно перед отелем. Номера уютные, для одной ночи уж точно! Девушка на ресепшн хорошо для итальянки говорит по-русски, молодец, порадовала! Затрак просто прекрасен! Мёд в сотах! И яйца дают сварить самому! Казалось бы, копеечный аппарат, но встречал его на завтраке отсилы в трёх-четырёх отелях в жизни, хотя это безумно удобно! Фасад отеля выходит непосредственно на море через дорогу. Тыльная часть номерного фонда тоже живописна, вид на горы, церковь вдалеке и Скорую помощь прям у отеля )) Но звуки сирен нас так и не побеспокоили. В целом - замечательный отель, твёрдая десятка!

+: Отель отличный. Свежий ремонт. Хороший завтрак, прекрасный кофе. Если взять номер без вида на море - то будет тихо и вы отлично выспитесь с открытым окном. -: Старые лифты, на них страшновато ездить. В номерах остались старые двери, чуть портит впечатление.

+: Отличный персонал, очень внимательный и отзывчивый, номер небольшой, но чистый и комфортный. Удобные кровати, месторасположение просто лучше не придумать 👍 отель супер -: Маленькая душевая кабина. Завтраки хорошие, но без большого выбора.
